MOTION: Upon a motion made by Director Nies and a second by Treasurer Bacteria, the Board of Directors voted three (3) for and none (0) opposed to appomt Treasurer Barretta as presiding officer in the absence of the President and Vice President. The motion tamed The Regular Session recessed at 3:35 p.m. In accordance with the Texas Government Code, the Arts of Collin County Commission convened into Executive Session at 3.35 p.m on Thursday, October 30, 2008, at the Frisco Train Depot, 6455 Page Street, Frisco, Texas, for the purpose of consulting with legal counsel regarding [natters covered by Texas Government Code Section 551.071(1) — (2) and Texas Government Code Section 551.074 — deliberation regarding personnel: Personnel — Pursuant to Section 551.074 — Executive Director Interview The Executive Session adloumed at 4:17 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2008. 1. Reconvene and Consider Action on Items Discussed during Executive Session. The Board of Directors reconvened into regular session at 4:17 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2008, at the Frisco Train Depot.
