Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the Board of Directors present, the Special Called Meeting of the Arts of Collin
County Commission, Inc. was called to order by President Baggett at 8:35 a.m on Thursdav, March 11,
2010 in the 3`° Floor Cite Manager's Conference Room at Allen City Hall, 305 Century Parkway, Allen,
Texas.
There were no items on the consent agenda
Executive Session
In accordance with the Texas Government Code, the Arts of Collin County Commission convened into
Executive Session at 8:39 a.m. on Tbmsdav, March 11, 2010, in the 3' Floor City Manager's Conference
Room, 305 Century Parkwav, Allen, Texas, in order to discuss matters pertaining to:

1 The Executive Session adjourned at 9:55 a.m. on lbursdav, March 11, 2010.
1. Reconvene and Consider Action on Items Discussed during Executive Session.
The Board of Directors reconvened into regular session at 9:56 a.m on Thursday, Match 11,
2010, in the 3' Floor Ciry Manager's Conference Room of the Allen Cit}' Hall.
There was no action taken on items discussed during Executive Session.
2. Motion to recommend that the Owner Cities Approve a Contribution Agreement with
the Arts of Collin County authorizing an Approved Project scope and Guaranteed
Maximum Price and total project budget, as well as associated funding commitment for
Phase One of the Arts of Collin County project. (Mike Simpson, Executive Director)
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Director Minvard, and a second by Secretary Nies, the Board of
Directors voted four (4) for and none (0) opposed to take no action on this item. The
motion carried.

There were no comments.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Director Sundell, and a second by Director Mmyard, the Board
of Directors voted four (4) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Special Called
Meeting of the Arts of Collin County Commission, Inc at 10:00 a.m. on 'Thursday,
Nfarch 11, 2010.'The motion earned.
