1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the Board of Directors present, the Special Called Joint Worksession of the Arts of
Collin County Commission, Inc. and the Frisco City Council was called to order by President Baggett at
5:05 p.m. on Thursday, April 8, 2010, in the Vivian Stark McCallum Room of George A. Purefoy
Municipal Center, 6101 Frisco Square Blvd. Frisco, Texas.

Directors voted four (4) for and none (0) opposed to adloum the Special CaOed
Worksession of the Arts of Collin County Commission, Inc. and the Frisco City Council
at 7:55 p.m. on Thursday, April 8, 2010.
The motion earned.
