Call to Order and Announce a Ouorum is Present
With a quorum of the Board of Directors present, the Special Called Meeting of the Arts of Collin
County Commission, Inc. was called to order by President Baggett at 4:05 p.m. on Thursday, Mac 27,
2010, in the Executive Conference Room at the George A. Pmefoy Municipal Center, Frisco, Texas.
Consent Agenda
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Director Minyard and a second by Secretary Nies, the Board of
Directors voted Five (5) for and none (0) opposed to approve and adopt the items on
the consent agenda as follows:

1. Approve Minutes of the April 21, 2010 Special Called Meeting.
2. Receive Financial Report for the period ended April 30, 2010.
3. Adopt amendment to Advisory Committee Charter.
4. Adopt policy regarding listing of arts organizations and artists on website.
5. Adopt a Resolution designating official Custodian of Records.

In accordance with the Texas Government Code, the Arts of Collin County Commission, Inc. convened
into Executive Session at 4:08 p.m. on Thursday, May 27, 2010, in the Executive Conference Room, in
the George A. Purefoy Municipal Center, Frisco Texas, in order to discuss matters pertaining to:
Section 551.071 and 551.073 —Receive Legal Advice regarding
Contract Negonations and Donations
The Executive Session Adjourned at 4'44 p.m.
6. Reconvene and Consider Action on Items Discussed during Executive Session.
The Board of Directors reconvened into regular session at 4'45 on Thursday, May 27, 2010 in the
Executive Conference Room, in the George A. Purefoy Municipal Center, Frisco, Texas.
There was no action taken on items discussed during Executive Session.
7 Discuss and Possibly Take Action regarding Six Cities Trail Project on Arts of Collin
County site. (Mike Simpson, Executive Director)
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Vice President Muns and a second by Director Nhnyatd, the
Board of Directors voted five (5) for and none (0) opposed to direct the Executive
Director to continue to work with Collin County to finalize agreement and move
forward with Open Space Grant for Six Cities frail project. The motion carried.

Meeting of the .Arts of Collin County- Commission, Inc. at 5:10 p.m. on Thursdav, May
27, 2010.
