1 With a yuonun of the Members present, the Arts of Collin County Joint Meeting with the City
Councils of Allen, Frisco and Plano was called to order by President Baggett, in conjunction with
Mayor Terrell, Mayor Maso, and Slayor Dver at 7:05 p.m. on Tuesday, June 29, 2010, in the
Windhaven Room at the Plano Centre located at 2000 F. Sprig Creek Parkway, Plano, Texas
75074.
2. Receive Brief History of the Arts of Collin County.
Executive Director Simpson along with Mayors Terrell, Maso and Dver presented a brief lustotp
3. Receive Project Update on Arts of Collin County
A project update on the Arts of Collin County was presented by Board President Bobby J. Baggeu,
Executive Director Mike Smnpson, Project Architect Michael Tingley, boots Architects, and
Construction Manager Kevin Cam, Hunt Construction.
4. Discussion and Direction by Owner City Councils and Board of Directors.
Discussion was held by Owner City Councils and Board of Directors.
(Vice President Muns left the meeting at 825 p.m.)
5. Adjourn.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Duector Yancey, and a second by Director blmvud, the Board of
Directors voted five (5) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the joint Dleetmg of the Arts
of Collin County Commission, Inc. at 9:34 p.m. on'Puesday, June 29, 2010.
The motion carried
