Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the Board of Directors present, the Special Called Worksession of the Arts of Collin
County Commission, Inc. was called to order by President Baggett at 8:42 a.m. on Friday, November 12,
2010, in the Lantana Room of the Westin Stonebnar, 1549 Legacy Drive, Frisco, TX 75034,
Worksession
1. Welcome and Introductions — Bob Baggett, ACC President
Welcoming remarks and introductions were made by President Baggett.
2. Overview — Objectives and Format — Libby Spears, BravoCC, Facilitator
Overview, objectives and format were discussed by Facilitator Libby Spears.

Grube, Administrative Director
Executive Director Mike Simpson and Administrative Director Maty Vail Grube presented a brief
background and history of the project.
4. Board and Staff Discussion — Libby Spears, BravoCC, Bob Baggett, ACC
President and Mike Simpson, Executive Director
Discussion was held by the Board and Staff.
Vice President Muns left the meeting at 11:45 a.m.

Consensus and actions for the meeting were discussed. No action was taken.

President Baggett provided a summary and wrap up of the meeting.
2:30 P.M. —Adjournment
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Director Classe, and a second by Secretary Nies, the Board of
Directors voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Special Called
Worksession of the Arts of Collin County Commission, Inc. at 2:30 p.m. on Friday,
November 12, 2010. The motion carred.
