Call to Order and Announce a Quomm is Present
With a quorum of the Board of Directors present, the Regular Meeting of the Arts of Collin County
Commission, Inc. was called to order by President Baggett at 404 p.m. on Thursday, November IS,
2010, in the Council Conference Room at Allen Cit• Hall, 305 Centum Parkwav, Allen, Texas.
Administer Oath of Office to Reappointed Board Member
Oath of Office was administered to Secretart Nies prior to the meeting.

Consent Agenda
1. Approve Minutes of the October 21, 2010 Regular Meeting.
2. Receive Financial Report for the period ended October 31, 2010.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Vice President Dluns and a second by Treasurer Sundell, the
Board of Directors voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed to approve and adopt the
items on the consent agenda. The motion carried.
Executive Session
In accordance with the Texas Government Code, the Arts of Collin County Commission, Inc. convened
into Executive Session at 4:07 p.m. on Thursday, November 18, 2010, in the Executive Conference
Room, in the Council Conference Room at Allen City Hall, 305 Century Parkway, Allen, Texas:
Section 551.072, 551 071 and 551.073 --Receive Legal Advice regarding
Property, Contract Negotiations and Prospective Donations
The Executive Session Adjourned at 4.40 p.m.
3. Reconvene and Consider Action on Items Discussed during Executive Session.
The Board of Directors reconvened into regular session at 4:41 p.m. on Thursday, November 18, 3010
in the Council Conference Room at Allen City Hall, 305 Century Parkway, Allen, Texas.
There was no action taken on items discussed during Executive Session.
4. Receive presentation from CSL regarding corporate sponsorship strategies for the
project. (Mike Simpson, Executive Director)
Brad Alberts and Eric Habermas of CSL presented information regarding Corporate Sponsorship
opportunities.
5. Receive EngineePs Report and Consider Action on Donation of Historic Bridge to the
Arts of Collin County. (Mike Simpson, Executive Director)
Discussion was held, no action taken.
I6. Discuss and provide direction to staff in regard to items for future action as a result of
November 12 Workshop. (Bob Baggett, President, Mike Simpson, Executive Director)
Discussion was held.

MOTION: Upon a motion made by Director Nies and a second by Director Classe, the Board of
Directors voted four (4) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Regular Meeting of the
Arts of Collin County Commission, Inc. at 6:02 p.m. on Thursday, November 18, 2010.
The motion carred.
