CITY COUNCIL, CI:"Y OF ALLEN, ALLEN, TEXAS.
Members present as follows : Mayor pro-tem C .E. Ottaway
called the meeting to order with aldermen Jimmy Gantt and Phil
Pringle/ aldermen B .J . Enloe and R.B. Whisenant absent . Mayor Gentry
T. Jones was absent due too illness . Mr. Herod & Skiles our city Eng-
ineers was also present .
Minutes of former meeting read and approved.
The Council checked the drawing of the engineers for the Sewer at
Well Property connecting the Garland Property.
Also checked the list of damage done by the rain-storm to our
Streets, sewer lines & ect . This damage estimate was made by our
City Engineers .
Motion by Phil Pringle to pay current bills, second by Jimmy
Gantt . Motion passed ayes 3 -- noes 0 none.
City Secy. too check with John Enloe and Gene Ereckson about
fixing leak in Water Line at West ave. E north / and North 3rd Street
West .
