E!' Meeting Minutes, Wednesday November 9, 2005
® The meeting was held at the Allen Police Training Room and convened at 7:02 p.m. Present at the
meeting were members Lon Braselton, Dr. Mike Overton, Vikki Francis. Dr. Mike Overton and Bill
Ameser were absent.
Chairperson, Lon Braselton, called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.
Approval of the Minutes from August 17, 2005
The minutes were approved by unanimous consent.
Citizens Comments
No citizens were present at the meeting.
Nomination of Chairperson and Vice -Chairperson
Due to this being the first meeting of this term, nominations were made for chairperson and vice
chairperson. Joey Allette nominated Lon Bmselton for chairperson, Vikki Francis seconds the
nomination. There was no opposing of the nomination and Lon Braselton was voted chairperson. Joey
Allette nominated Bill Ameser for vice chairperson and Vikki Francis seconds the nomination. There
was no opposing of the nomination and Bill Ameser was elected vice chairperson
Discussion of Previous Meeting
Lon Braselton advised that all the veterinarians had been talked to but in reference to the voucher
program. He would contact Custer Mc Dermott Veterinary Hospital and verify the day they would
accept vouchers and have them call the shelter

The next meeting was set for February 15, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Police Training Room Lon
Braselton adjourns the meeting at 7.48 p.m.
