Meeting Minutes, Wednesday March 21, 2007
The meeting was held at the Allen Police Training Room and convened at 7:05 p.m. Present at the
meeting were members Lon Braselton, Bill Ameser and Vikki Francis. Absent were Joey Allette and
Dr. Mike Overton.
Chairperson, Lon Braselton, called the meeting to order at 7:05p.m
Approval of the Minutes from June 20, 2006
The minutes were approved by unanimous consent.
Citizens Comments
No citizens were present at the meeting.
Council Liaison
Mark Pacheco absent from meeting.
Animal is Disaster
Vikki Francis handed out the Animal Disaster manuals. Lon Braselton advised he was taking the
modules online for the disaster training.
Bill Ameser advised that he had contacted some rescue groups but that there is concern for who would
be responsible in a disaster.
CIP Bond
Bill Ameser talked about getting information out to the citizens to vote for the expansion in May He
will draw up a flier with the basic information and will check with Print Towne and Kinko's to see if
they would donate the fliers. Lon Braselton advised he would get the proposition number so that it
could be put on the flier. Vikki Francis advised she would need to get the flier approved and they
committee members would have to pass out the fliers to businesses due to a conflict of interest with
city employees.

The next meeting was set for June 20, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the Police Training Room. Lon Braselton
adjourns the meeting at 7.47 p.m.
