Meeting Minutes — Tuesday, December 3, 2013
The meeting was held at the Allen Police Department and convened at 7:05 p.m. Present at the meeting
were members Dr. Alan Coffman, Dawn Blue, Kathryn May, and Allison Harper.
Chairperson, Dawn Blue, called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
Approval of the Minutes from October 7, 2013
The minutes from the October 7, 2013 were approved by Dawn Blue and Kathryn May
Spay/Neuter Program -Progress
The members of the board discussed the final details of the spay/neuter project:
• Dr. Coffman has agreed to do the spay/neuter surgeries. This option will also be opened up to
any vet in Allen that would like to participate.
• All members agreed that an adoption fee of $110 or less was acceptable.
• Equipment may be purchased for the shelter if a reasonable opportunity arises.
