Meeting Minutes — Thursday, June 5, 2014
The meeting was held at the Allen Animal Shelter and convened at 7:09 p.m. Present at the meeting
were members Dawn Blue, Kathryn May, Justin Schiffner, and Allison Harper.
Chairperson, Dawn Blue, called the meeting to order at 7:09 p.m.
Approval of the Minutes from January 30, 2014
The minutes from the January 30, 2014 were approved by Dawn Blue and Justin Schiffner.
Items of Interest
The yearly board evaluation was completed.
Donation from Allen High School, in memory of Emily Stambaugh, has been used to purchase agility
equipment for the play yard.
The members of the board discussed the possibility of creating a non-profit "Friends of the Animal
Shelter" group
Allison Harper updated the group on the progress of obtaining a sign for the shelter.

The next meeting time and date is to be determined. Dawn Blue adjourns the meeting at 8:05 p.m.
