Meeting Minutes — Wednesday, July 17, 2014
The meeting was held at the Allen Animal Shelter and convened at 7:07p.m. Present at the meeting
were members Dawn Blue, Kathryn May, Dr. Coffman, and Allison Harper. Sheila Braunmg attended
as a guest.
Chairperson, Dawn Blue, called the meeting to order at 7:07p.m.
Approval of the Minutes from June 5, 2014
The minutes from the June 5, 2014 were approved by Dawn Blue and Kathryn May
Items of Interest
The members of the board discussed placing a plaque in the front play yard with the agility equipment
in memory of Emily Stambaugh.
Update on a new sign for the front of the Animal Shelter — Allison Harper is working with Donna
Dickinson to create and obtain a budget for a sign to be placed on the comer of Allen Heights and
Bethany
Update on the spay/neuter program and fee schedule — The new spay/neuter program and fee schedule
has been well received by citizens.
Allison Harper advised the board that the shelter is participating in more adoption events such as the
Empty the Shelter event in August.

The next meeting time and date is to be determined. Dawn Blue adjourns the meeting at 7-42p.m.
