were members Justin Schiffner, Sheila Brauning, Kathryn May, Dr Coffman, and Allison Harper.

Approval of the Minutes from December 3, 2014
The minutes from the December 3, 2014 were approved by Justin Schiffner and Sheila Brauning.

The board evaluation was completed.
Update on online city registration renewals through our Shelter Pro software.
Discussed dates for upcoming meetings.

The next meeting was set for August 17, 2015. Justin Schiffner adjourns the meeting at 8:15p.m
