Call to Order
With a quorum of the Board members present, the Called Meeting of the Allen Convention and Visitor's
Bureau Advisory Board was called to order by Chair Doss at 8'04 am. on Thursday, February 26, 2015, in
the Council Conference Room located in City Iiall, 305 Century Parkway, Allen, Texas 75013
Approve Minutes of the November 12, 2014, Called Meeting.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Board Member Sedlacek and a second by Board Member Brooks,
the Board voted four (4) for and none (0) opposed to approve the minutes of November 12,
2014, Called Meeting. The motion carried
Presentation of the Allen CVB Mobil Tools.
Ms. Cromwell provided an update on the Allen CVB mobile tools.
Board Member Staples took her seat with the Board.
3. Presentation of Allen CVB Sales Initiatives and Related Results.
Ms Cromwell presented the Allen CVB sales initiatives and related results
Adjournment
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Vice -Chair Wilson and a second by Board Member Staples, the
Board voted five (5) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Called Meeting of the Allen
Convention and Visitor's Bureau Advisory Board at 9:04 a.m. on Thursday, February 26,
2015. The motion carried
