CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS
May 7, 1965
Called by Mayor Gentry T. Jones, for the purpose of
checking the rendition valuations for 1965.
Present: Mayor Gentry T. Jones -- Aldermen: Jimmy
Gantt, Dan Strong and gen Posey. -- Absent: B. J. Enloe
and R. B. Whisenant.
Motion by Jimmy Gantt for the City Secretary to mail
letters to property owners informing them of the date of
the Equalization Board Meeting and also the amount of
1965 valuation on their property. Seconded by Dan Strong
Motion passed-- Ayes 4, Noes none.
Meeting adjarned by Mayor Jones.
