Discussion: about paving west 1st street from west ave. C to the Central Express
Way, curbing at Christian Church
Traffic protection, especially around the Grade School
Traffic; Stop sign at Hi-Way 5 and 2170
Motion: By J.D. Smith that we let Mr. Astleford go ahead with the Street work
providing the City has the money to do the work. Motion second by Robert Lowman
Motion passed ayes (4) four noes (0) none.
Motion: By J.D. Smith to pay bills presented by City sec'y. Motion second by Mack
Holloway. Motion passed ayes (4) noes (0) none.
Miscellaneous: Write Hi-Way Dept. about Stop-Sign. Get James Marion to meet
with the Council to discuss the trafic problem at the School. Get traffic signs
to regulate traffic at the School.
