Regular Meeting of the
City Council, City of Allen, Allen, Texas
Present : Mayor Frank Dugger
Aldermen Dan Strong, Bob Lowman, Roy Ewen, Mac
Holloway and Claude Whitaker
Motion: By Claude Whitaker that we, the City of Allen, donate
a 6 volt radio to the Allen Fire Department to be
used for rescue work. Motion second by Mac Holloway.
Motion passed ayes 5 noes 0.
Motion: By Dan Strong that we pay George Pherigo $1.50 per
hour for mowing. Motion second by Roy Ewen.
Motion passed ayes 3 noes 2. For Dan Strong, Roy
Ewen, and Bob Lowman. Against Mac Holloway and
Claude Whitaker.
Motion: By Bob Lowman that Mr. Parsons give us the final
plans on Jan-Mar addition. Motion second by Claude
Whitaker. Motion passed ayes 5 noes 0.
Motion: By Rpy Ewen to adjourn. Motion second by Bob
Lowman. Motion passed ayes 5 noes 0.
