Members present : Mayor Frank Dugger, Aldermen Dan Strong, LeRoy
Ewen, Claud Whitaker and Mack Holloway.
Members absent : Robert E. Lowman.
Mr. Bill Adams and Mr Nes Nesbet of Richardson was here with
reference to devloping the Trailor Court on West Ave B South,
which has 2.57 acres. Mr Adams presented a plat of the ackerage,
and asked the opinion of the Council. Some of the things mentio
ned was 15' alleys - 30' Streets . Home owners to LEASE for at
least 6 months . Mayor Dugger asked that the Property owner Col-
lect $2.50 per month from the Home owners for City Tax, payahle
to the City each Month.
Mr John Looney, with the Southern Sanitation Co. was here to
discuss the GARBAGE pick-up for the Town of Allen.
Mr Looney offers to pick-up once per week his charge $1.50
per month for resident, this being COMPULSIVE too residents .
Busisness places will be on volinteer bases, Mr. Looney to set
the price for their service. Wendesday of each week is the day
set for the Garbage pick-up, 32 gallon is the maximum size of
containers to be used, 4 ft. long limbs and ect. to be tied
securely not to weigh over 50lbs, no rocks-effective as of this
date, with CURB PICK-UP.
Motion by Roy Ewen that we make the GARBAGE PICK-UP COMPULSIVE
AT $ 1.75 per house with CURB PICK-UP and MR. Looney will
start Wednesday August 7th 1968. Motion second by Dan Strong.

Motion by Dan Strong to issue Permite for D.C. Pettet to build
a room on to his house. Motion second by C.D. Whitaker. Motion
Passed ayes 4 noes 0.
Motion by Mr. Whitaker to pay bills. Second by Dan Strong.

Discussion about Mr Walter Curtis as Tax Assessor-(Collector)
since Mr Curtis or any representative from the school was not
present this discussion was TABLED.
Trailor Park is to be discussed futher at a later date, More
details on this subject to be sought.
The Council discussed appointing a PLANING COMITTEE for the
Town of Allen. Below is a list of names suggested by the City
Council too pick this Commitee from.

Motion by Whitaker to COMBINE the two following accounts
City of Allen Sewer Revenue Bond in the amount of $ 63,330.50
City of Allen Waterworks Rev. Bond in the amount of 11,916.86
TO BE
City of Allen WATER & SEWER REVENUE BONDS 75,247.36
