Meeting called to order by Mayor Frank Dugger
Council Members present : Dan Strong, LeRoy Ewen, Robert E.
Lowman, Mack Holloway and Claude D. Whitaker.
Zoning Committe : which consist of the following m
Members, Elo Zinke, charman, Howard Snider, Ken Posey, Bill
LaGrone and John Haggard wore also present. Mayor Dugger
thanked these men who had agreed to serve as a Zoning Board .
Jack Hedgecoxe made application to re-zone Lot 1 - Blk. 12
of the Whisenant Addition from Zone B too Zone C * D * E
Next meeting date set for the zoning committe was January 16th
1969 at 6 :30 p.m. This committee will at this time hear any
complants as to why and or Why-not this property should-not be
rezoned.
Motion by Claude Whitaker that we have our City Attorney check
the leagelaty of TAXES on the Hillside Village Addition.
Motion second by Robert E. Lowman
Motion passed ayes 5 noes 0.
Motion by LeRoy Ewen and second by C.D. Whitaker to pay bills
Motion passed ayes 5 noes 0.
