Present Mayor Frank Dugger, Aldermen LeRoy Ewen, Robert E. Lowman,
Dan Strong, Claud Whitaker and Mack Holloway.
Bills presented by City Sec'y. . Motion by Dan Strong to pay bills
Motion second by Roy Ewen. Motion passed ayes 5 noes 0.
The Council checked with Mr. Curtis on the Taxes for the JAN-MAR
property.
The Council asked for Mr. Parsons and our City Attorney too
attend our next regular meeting.
Motion by C.D. Whitaker for the Secy. to contact Mr Orr and Mr.
Parsons and ask them too attend our next regular meeting, that we might
discuss some of the things that we need too better understand each-
other on. Motion second by Robert E. Lowman.
Motion passed ayes 4 noes 0.--(Mr Holloway was out) .
Motion by Dan Strong to contact Mr. Orr on getting a 2nd & 3rd
reading on our Road Boundaries and get this under-way and continue
until it is finshed . Motion second by C .D. Whitaker
