Present : Mayor Frank Dugger
Councilmen: Dan Strong, Robert E. Lowman, Claude
Whitaker, Mack Holloway and LeRoy Ewen
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved.
Mr Boyd Williams, District Manager of T.P.&L was
present and was introduced to the Council. Mr Williams gave
Council information on the service change over from Plano to
McKinney office.
Motion Dan Strong Second Claude Whitaker that water
line going to the dog pound remain connected to the present line
coming in front of Fred Carroll's residence. Also there would not
be any compensation from the City for connecting on to this line.
Motion Carried 5 FOR 0 Against.
Motion made and seconded that council adjourn,
