Present : Mayor Frank Dugger
Councilmen: Bob Lowman, Mack Holloway, LeRoy Ewen and
Dan Strong. C.D. Whitaker, absent.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved.
Motion Bob Lowman Second LeRoy Ewen that bills presented
be approved. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Jack Parsons appeared and presented final plat on the
Hillside Village Addition #2 also a petition for this installment
to be annexed to the City. Mr. parsons agreed to make Two changes
on the plans as suggested by the City Engineer. These changes
being 1. Increase the size of Culvert at the East end of Wandering
Way. Drive to at least 27" in diameter; 2. Install a 6" Gate Valve
on water main on Leading Lane. Motion LeRoy Ewen Second Dan Strong
that plat be accepted as corrected and Ordinance be drawn placing
such in the Corporate Limits of the City. Motion Carried 4 For 0
Against.
Motion made and seconded that meeting be adjourned.
