Minutes of previous meeting read and approved.
Motion C.D. Whitaker, Second Bob Lowman that bills
presented be approved. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
W.E. Ford appeared before Council and asked about
getting the main sewer line on 2nd Street repaired . Council
informed Mr. Ford that the necessary steps would be taken to
repair this line.
Motion C.D. Whitaker, Second Bob Lowman that City
Accept bid on Plymouth automobile to be delivered about Jan—
uary 1, 1970, also for Chief Burton to secure bids on 2 new
radios and a Radar unit for the Police Department , Motion
Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion C.D. Whitaker, Second Mack Holloway that Ray
Henderson be employed as a full time policeman effective Sept—
ember 1, 1969. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion LeRoy Ewen, Second C .D. Whitaker that meeting
adjourn. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against,
