Councilmen Dan Strong, LeRoy Ewen, Bob Lowman, C.D.
Whitaker & Mack Holloway.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved .
Bill Judkins, Evert Cannady and Charles Guede appeared bs-
fore Council and asked about the possibility of the City pro-
viding water for their property, which is located North of the
present City Limits along State Highway 175. Council agreed to
contact the City Engineer and follow his reccomendation on this
matter.
Motion Dan Strong Second Bob Lowman that bills presented be
paid. Motion carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion Bob Lowman Second C. D. Whitaker that City accept
proposal on street lights made by T.Y.&L. Motion Carried 5 For
0 Against,
Motion Dan Strong Second C .D. Whitaker that City take bids
on running sewer line under State Highway #5 at Ellis Street.
Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion made and seconded that Council adjourn.
