Present : Mayor Frank Dugger
Councilmen: Dan Strong, LeRoy Ewen, Mack Holloway,
C.D. Whitaker and Bob Lowman.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved .
Motion Roy Ewen Second Dan Strong that bills presented
be approved . Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Upon the reccomendation of the Planning and Zoning
Commission, Council will hold a public hearing on the rezoning
of the property now owned by Neil Holmes ; being known as 10
acres in the Wm. Perrin and David Wetsel Surveys . The meeting
date to hear this case was set for January 8, 1970 at 7:30 P.M.
Jack Parsons appeared before council and presented a
complete Drainage Plat along with the Water and Sewer line lay-
out on the entire Hilldide Village Addition. Council advised Mr
Parsons to present Plat to City Engineer, Walter Hicks and that
Council would abide by Mr. Hick's reccommendation.
Mr Raymond Neal of Lone Star Gas Company appeared before
Council and presented a petition for an increase in the gas rates
for the City. After Council questioned Mr Neal about the increase
on a Motion by Bob Lowman and Second by C.D. Whitaker that the
increase be granted . Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion made and seconded that meetin be adjourned.
