Present : Mayor Frank Dugger
Councilmen: Bob Lowman, Roy Ewen, C .D. Whitaker,
Mack Holloway and Dan Strong.
Motion Dan Strong Second C . D. Whitaker that minutes of
previous mooting be approved. Notion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Roy Ewen that Ordinance No.
94 be approved. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion Roy Ewen Second Dan Strong that bills presented
be approved. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion Bob Lowman Second C.D. Whitaker that Maintenance
Agreement be accepted on Copying Machine at a cost of $140.00
per year. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against,
Jack Parsons & W.A. Eubanks appeared before Council and
asked for permission to apply for building permits for Hillside
Village Addition #2. Council gave Mr. Parsons permission to apply
for permits .
Mr. Parsons presented the preliminary plat on Hillside
Village Addition #3 for Councils approval. Council agreed to ac-
cept the plat on this addition subject to the approval of the
City Engineer.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Dan Strong that meeting be
adjourned . Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
