Whitaker, Absent Roy Ewen & Bob Lowman
Motion Mack Holloway Second Clifford Hart that minutes
of previous meeting be approved. Motion Carried 3 For 0 Against.
City Attorney, Alex Orr appeared before Council to
explain some points on the Parker Annexation Suit that has been
filed in Court. After some discussion Council instructed Mr Orr
to proceed with the Suit as originally filed.
Council agreed to follow the reccommendation of Ray
Henderson and install return air ducts in Council Room and
Library Door. Mr Henderson is to install these Ducts.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Mack Holloway that bills
presented be approved. Motion Carried 3 For 0 Against.
Motion Mack Holloway Second C.D. Whitaker that City
accept the proposal of McKee's Service Center of Plano to re-
roof the Old City Hall Building at a cost of $395.50. Motion
Carried 3 For 0 Against.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Mack Holloway that meet-
ing adjourn. Motion Carried 3 For 0 Against.
