AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, AMENDING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN
ORDINANCE NO. 1068-12-91 AND CHAPTER 12, ARTICLE H OF THE ALLEN
CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING AN INCREASE IN THE WATER
FACILITIES IMPACT FEE; PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND
PROVIDING AN DATE.
WHEREAS, the impact fees charged are to fund capital improvement projects for servicing new
developments; and,
WHEREAS, the City needs to increase the water facilities impact fee to construct capital water
distribution projects to service new and future developments throughout the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City may raise the water facilities impact fee to a predetermined maximum fee
according to Ordinance No. 1068-12-91;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The City's water facility impact fee is hereby increased to its maximum amount of
$547.00, as authorized in Ordinance No. 1068-12-91.
SECTION 2: The impact fee rates are revised as shown on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein for all purposes.
SECTION 1 All ordinances of the City of Allen in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance shall
be, and the same are hereby, repealed; provided, however, all other provisions of said Ordinance not
in conflict herewith shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and it is
accordingly so ordained.
