ORDINANCE NO. 13 4 7-8-9 5
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS,
AMENDING SECTION 3, PARAGRAPH C - "ESTABLISHMENT OF PARKS AND
RECREATION BOARD," OF ORDINANCE NO. 306 OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1: From and after the effective date of this Ordinance, Section 3, paragraph C, of Ordinance
No. 306, "Establishment of Parks and Recreation Board" is hereby amended in the following manner and
shall read as follows, to -wit:
(C) Members' terms will be two (2) years, but members shall not serve continuously for more
than three (3) successive full terms.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately from and after its adoption.
