deems it necessary and rroper to apply for a federal grant under the
Federal Water Pollution Con:.rol Act Amendements of 1972, Public Law
92-500, and the rules and reoilations pursuant thereto.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the above named applicant that
WALTER CURTIS, PLAN ADMINSTRATOR
or his successor, is herrby authorized and directed to make application
for a grant under Public Law A-500 and the rules and regulations
pursuant thereto, and to sl6n the acceptance of the grant, when made,
and any other necessary documents required to complete the project on
behalf of the above named applicant.
