RESOLiTrION NO. 169
WHEREAS, the City of Allen deems it necessary and proper
that it ammend Ordinance No. 48 , so as to permit the use of
PVC pipe for service conduit instead of galvanized pipe in such
services.
NOW, TEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Allen that
Texas Power & Light Company be granted permission to use PVC type
pipe for service conduit in place of galvanized pipe. This
permission is granted, only in the event Texas Power & Light
Company is unable to secure galvanized pipe for this purpose.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this the 19th day of
September 197+.
