Whereas, the City of Allen, Texas has made application to the
Texas Water Quality Board and the Environmental Protection Agency for
a federal grant pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act
Amendments of 1972, Public Law 92-500, and the rules and regulations
thereto.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the above named applicant that
the application for which federal grant assistance has been requested
pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Gontrol Act Amendments of 1972,
Public Law 92-500, will be constructed to completion in accordance with
the laws, rules, and regulations and with the following project schedule.

Quality Board and the Environmental Protection'Agency, and that once a
Oroject schedule has been approved, no changes will be authorized
without first receiving approval of the change from the Texas Water
Quality Board anti the Environmental Protection Agency.
