A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE 1981 AND 1980
CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS, TAX ROLLS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS:
That the following items on the 1981 and 1980 Tax Rolls be
cancelled or adjusted. These accounts are vehicles assessed
from the 1981 and 1980 Texas Motor Vehicle Registration Records
and statements were mailed to the owners shown. These statements
were returned to the Tax Office for various reasons. A diligent
effort, by the Tax Department, has been made to collect these
taxes with no success. Therefore, it is the recommendation of
the Tax Department that these accounts be cancelled for the
reason opposite each account.
