Blankenship.
Absent: Clifford Hart.
Motion Bob Lowman Second JohnTM9 Pannell that minutes of previous meeting
be approved as read. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Boyd Williams, District Manager for Texas Power & Light Co. Appeared before
Council and asked for a 6% rate increase for his company. Motion Johnnie
Blankenship Second Johnny Pannell that Ordinance NO. 118 be adopted granting
this rate increase. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Public hearing was held on the rezoning of two tracts of property arced
by Neil I. Holm located in the Hillside Village Addition. Tract A was rezoned
from "A" Classifaction to F Classifaction, Tract B from "A" Classifactioh to
"C+DaS" Classifaction . Motion Bob Lowman Second C.D. Whitaker that since no
one appeared to speak against such zoning, the zoning request be approved.
Motion Carried 4 ForO Against.
Motion C. D. Whitaker Second Johnnie Blankenship that bills presented be
Approved. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Council agreed to let Starr Shell Service continue operating the City
Wrecker Service untill next Council Meeting.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Johnnie Blankenship thag meeting adjourn.
Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
