Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Johnny Pannell that minutes of previous meeting
be approved as read. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
The following bide were opened on the purchase of a pick-up truck for the
water department.
1. Fisher -Ford $2,562.91 2. Cox Chevrolet $ 2,572.63
3. Howard Thornton Ford 2,507.36 4. Mahaney International 2,565.48
Motion Johnny Pannell Second C.D. Whitaker that bid of Howard Thornton Ford be
accepted as the low bid. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Clifford Hart that November 16,.7:30 P.M.
be set as date for Public Hearing on request for annexation of Geo. Busiek
property, being 148.618 acres of land at the intersection of Highway 5 and
Stacy Road. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Johnny Pannell that bills presented be approved.
Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Bob Lowman that petition requesting the closing
of an alley between pr6psrty-ovnsdt1#y Mrs W.F. Dutton and Robert Patterson be
denied. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion Johnny Pannell Second D. D. Whitaker that an Ordinance be drawn on
Billing Procedure for Water used for Construction purposes in Single Family
Develppments. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Bob Lowman that meeting adjourn. Motion carried
5 For 0 Against.
