Present: Mayor Frank Dugger
Councilmen: C. D. Whitaker, Clifford Hart, Johnny Pannell &
Johnnie Blankenship.
Absent: Bob Lowman.
Motion Clifford Hart Second Johnny Pannell that minutes of previous meeting
be approved as read. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Clifford Hart that the following reccomendations
by the Planning and Zoning Commission on the terms of office and the date for the
election of officers on the Zoning Commission be approved:
1. That appointments be for a period of two (2) years.
2. Appointments to expire on the last day of February.
S. Places on the Commission be mmbered, and the terms of the three odd numbered
places expire in February of odd numbered years and terms of the even numbered
places expire in February of even numbered years. In view of the fact that three
members of the present Commission have served four years, it is recommended
that these three be assigned the odd numbered places as follows:

The organisation meeting and the election of officers be held the first Monday
night in March each year.

Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Johnnie Blankenship that December 21, 1972 be
set as date for Public Hearing on the zoning request of Gary Hefner of a tract of
land in the Peter Fisher Survey - Abstract # 324. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Johnny Pannell that bills presented be approved.
Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion Johnnie Blankenship Second Johnny Pannell that Bob Montgomery be
granted a $$0.00 per month salary increase effective December lat. Motion Carried
4 For 0 Against.
Motion Johnnie Pannell Second C.D. Whitaker that meeting adjourn. Motion
Carried 4 For 0 Against.
