R-4011-7-23 RESOLUTION NO. 4011-7-23(R) A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, AMENDING VARIOUS FEES SET FORTH IN THE CITY OF ALLEN FEE SCHEDULE INCLUDING CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION FEES AUTHORIZED BY CHAPTER 4 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES AND SECTION 3.12 OF THE ALLEN LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT FEES AUTHORIZED BY CHAPTER 8 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; AND BUILDING PERMIT, INSPECTION, AND VARIOUS OTHER FEES AUTHORIZED BY THE ALLEN LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary and in the public interest to adopt this resolution for the purpose amending the City of Allen Fee Schedule by adopting and/or amending various fees and charges authorized by the Code of Ordinance and/or the Allen Land Development Code in order to recover a substantial portion of the City' s costs related to providing the related services. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1. The City of Allen Fee Schedule is hereby by adding and/or amending as set forth below the various identified fees and charges as authorized by the City of Allen Code of Ordinances, as amended, and/or the Allen Land Development Code, as amended: BUILDING PERMIT FEES Contractor/Inspector Registration Fees Fee for all contractors who are required to be registered with the City pursuant to Section 3.10 of the Allen Land Development Code and/or Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances.
