Councilmen: Bob Lowman, Clifford Hart, Johnnie Blankenship & Johnny
Pannell.
Absent: C.D. Whitaker.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Johnny Pannell that minutes of previous meeting
be approved as read. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Don Plunk and Raleigh Blakeley, representing the Raldon Land Corporation,
appeared before Council and presented a land Use Plan on 98 acres of land owned
by them in the Henry Wetsel Survey Abstract h' 1026. proposed on this plan was
64 acres - R-6 Zoning, 16 Lots - R-16 Zoning, 8 Acres - IR Zoning and 20 acres
TH Zoning. Council advised these gentlemen to present this plat to the Planning
and Zoning Commission for their review.
Letter was read from the City of Plano concerning serving water to a group
of citizens living South of Jupiter Road and in the Corporate Limits of the City
of Plano. Council advised this group that they should meet with the City at a
later date on this project.
Tan Cate appeared before Council in regard to the Notice he received from
the City about dumping in a ditch that runs through his property in the vicinity
of Coats Drive and North Cedar Drive. Mr Cate asked for extra time in filling
up this ditch since he thought it was a different situation than some of the other
cases that existed. Council advised Mr. Cate that he would have to abide by the
Ordinance covering this situation and as extra consideration would be given.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Johnnie Blankenship that bills presented be approved.
Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Request to supply water to the Kitty Hawk Estates was aprroved by Council.
Provided to owners of this sub -division run the necessary lines to tie into the
City's water mains and these lines be laid according to City Specifactions.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Clifford Hart that low bid of $111.00 from Plano
Pest Control be approved for exterminating the Fire Department and Municipal
Building for insects. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Council appointed Robert Gantt to serve on the Planning & Zoning Camnission.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Johnny Pannell that meeting adjourn. Motion Carried
4 For 0 Against.
