Motion Bob Lowman Second C.D. Whitaker that minutes of previous meeting be
approved as read. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Mr. George Wilcox appeared before Council in regard to a drainage problem
that exists on his property loca$ed on South Cedar Drive. Council agreed to
investigate this matter and see if a solution could be reached on this matter.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Clifford Hart that bills presented be approved.
Motion carried 5 For 0 Against.
Mary Tod and Joe Dillard appeared before Council with suggestions on
changes to be made to the C.L. Shelton property, that was purchased by the
City, to convert it into a suitable building to house the Library. Council
advised Library Board to take bids on Construction costs, electrical costs,
costs for central heat and air conditioning, and furniture costa.
Bill Kolarder appeared before Council in regard to obtaining sewer on
Keith Drive. Council advised Water Superintendent Jimmy Eaton to contact
City Engineer Walter F. Hicks on this project.
Motion Bob Lowman Second C.D. Whitaker that meeting adjourn. Motion Carried
