1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the General Obligation Bond(GO) Steering Committee present,the Called Meeting
with the GO Bond Steering Committee was called to order by Chair Sedlacek at 7:00 p.m.on Monday,
June 19,2023,in the Council Conference Room at Allen City Hall,305 Century Parkway,Allen,Texas
75013.
2. Approve Minutes for the following meetings:
•
a. April 17 Joint Workshop with the Allen City Council.
b. May 22,2023, Called Meeting.
c. May 25,2023, Called Meeting.
d. June 1,2023, Called Meeting.
e. June 8,2023, Called Meeting.
f. June 15,2023, Called Meeting.
No action was taken on this item.
3. Review and Prioritize GO Bond Projects based on the Subcommittee Reports.
The Subcommittee Chairs reviewed and discussed their Subcommittee Reports.
4. Discuss the GO Bond Steering Committee's Presentations for the June 27, 2023, City Council
Workshop.
The Committee finalized the format and updates for presentations at the June 27th City Council Joint
Workshop.
5. Discuss Meeting Schedule.
The next Steering Committee meeting will be held on July 12 at 7:00 p.m.
6. Adjournment.
Chair Sedlacek adjourned the Called Meeting of the GO Bond Steering Committee at 8:56 p.m. on
Monday,June.19, 2023.
