1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the General Obligation Bond(GO)Steering Committee present,the Called Meeting
with the GO Bond Steering Committee was called to order by Chair Sedlacek at 7:00 p.m.on Thursday,
June 15,2023,in the Council Chambers at Allen City Hall, 305 Century Parkway,Allen,Texas 75013.
2. Receive CIP Subcommittee Recommendations.
The Steering Committee received the Subcommittee recommendations as follows:
• Robin Sedlacek, Chair, GO Bond Steering Committee
• Michael Schaeffer,Public Safety Subcommittee Chair
• Jim Waldbauer, Streets/Infrastructure/Neighborhoods Subcommittee Chair
• Gary Rodenbaugh,Parks/Downtown Subcommittee Chair
• Robin Sedlacek on behalf of Jane Bennett,Public Art Subcommittee Chair
• Kurt Kizer,Finance Subcommittee Chair
3. Next Steps.
Chair Sedlacek expressed her appreciation to the Subcommittee members for their participation in the
process. She encouraged them to stay engaged and informed as the next phase begins related to the
bond process. The Committee set its next meeting for 7:00 p.m. on Monday,June 19,2023.
4. Adjourn.
Chair Sedlacek adjourned the Called Meeting of the GO Bond Steering Committee at 8:10 p.m. on
Thursday,June 15,2023.
