1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the General Obligation Bond(GO) Steering Committee present, the Called Meeting
of the GO Bond Steering Committee was called to order by Chair Sedlacek at 6:34 p.m. on Thursday,
June 8, 2023, in Room B 121 of the Allen ISD STEAM Center, 1680 Ridgeview Drive, Allen, Texas
75013.
2. Discuss Subcommittee Progress
Chair Sedlacek and the Committee members reviewed and discussed the Subcommittee presentations.
3. Discuss the upcoming Meeting Schedule.
June 12 or June 15 were identified as possible dates for Subcommittee Report and Recommendations
to the Steering Committee.
4. Recess to Subcommittee Breakout Sessions
It was determined that there was no further business to be conducted by the Steering Committee after
the Subcommittee Breakout Sessions.
5. Adjourn.
Chair Sedlacek adjourned the Called Meeting of the GO Bond Steering Committee at 6:53 p.m. on
Thursday, June 8,2023.

• Parks/Downtown Subcommittee—Meet at Allen City Hall, 305 Century Parkway for a tour
of Ford Park Fields and Joe Farmer Recreation Center. Following the tour, a brief work
session will be held at the Recreation Center.
