1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the General Obligation Bond(GO)Steering Committee present,the Called Meeting
with the GO Bond Steering Committee was called to order by Chair Sedlacek at 6:32 p.m.on Thursday,
June 1, 2023, in Room B121 at the Allen ISD STEAM Center, 1680 Ridgeview Drive, Allen, Texas
75013.
2. Discuss Subcommittee Breakout Sessions.
Chair Sedlacek and the Committee members discussed the Subcommittee Breakout Sessions held on
May 25.
• Finance Subcommittee met at Allen ISD STEAM Center,Room B 127.
• Neighborhoods, Streets and Drainage Subcommittee meet at Allen ISD Steam Center, Room
B118.
• Public Safety Subcommittee met for a tour of the Allen Police Headquarters.
• Parks&Downtown Subcommittee met for a tour of Downtown.
• Public Art Subcommittee met for a tour of local art projects.
Chair Sedlacek moved to Agenda Item 8.
8. Adjourn.
Chair Sedlacek adjourned the Called Meeting of the GO Bond Steering Committee at 7:02 p.m. on
Thursday,June 1,2023.
