With a quorum of the General Obligation Bond(GO) Steering Committee present, the Called Meeting
with the GO Bond Steering Committee was called to order by Chair Sedlacek at 5:45 p.m. on Monday,
April 17,2023,in the Basement Meeting Rooms at Allen City Hall,305 Century Parkway,Allen,Texas
75013.
2. Overview of Program Timeline,Process and Upcoming Meeting Schedule.
Ms. Vail-Grube provided an overview of the program timeline, process and upcoming meeting
schedule.
3. City Financial Outlook.
Mr.Phillis briefed the Steering Committee on the City's financial outlook.
4. Development Overview.
Mr.Kurbansade provided an update on the current and future planned development in the City.
5. Review of Community Engagement Platform and Public Outreach Plan.
Ms. Warren reviewed the Community Engagement platform and Public Outreach Plan.
6. Open Meetings and Open Records Requirements.
Ms. George provided a review of the Open Meetings Act and Texas Open Records Act.
7. Breakout Discussion Session—Subcommittee Chairs and Staff Support.
The Steering Committee members met briefly with their staff liaisons.
