1) Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the Community Development Corporation Board present, President
Chrisman called the Meeting to order at 7.00 p.m. on Monday, February 20, 2012, in the
Council Conference Room.
2) Approve Minutes of the January 16, 2012, Meeting
Motion: Upon a motion by Board Member Lawson and a second by Board Member
Simmons, the Board voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to approve the
minutes from the January 16, 2012, meeting The motion carried.
