Present: Mayor Frank Lugger
Councilmen: C.D. Whitaker, H.C. Brooks, Jr., Mickey Pierson
Bob Lowman and Clifford Hart
Motion Bob Lowman Second C.D. Whitaker that minutes of last meeting be
approved as read. Motion carried 5 for 0 against.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Mickey Pierson that bills be payed with the
exception of Control Sneclalists, Johnny Enloe and Allen Lumber.
Motion carried 5 for 0 against.
T. D. Buchanan appeared and discussed the possibility of the City
of Allen Voting a Bond election. Council advised Mr. Buchanan to
proceed with study for bond program.
Council advised Police Chief Hancock to sell the police car that he
chooses not to keep and to sell this vehicle on a sealed bid basis.
The Council will have the ontion �f refusing bids if they are not
high enough.
Motion — ^ate Second JQ4nf>—that meeting adjourn.
Motion carried 5 for 0 against.
