' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, AMENDING FEES AND CHARGES FOR THE COURSES AT
WATTERS CREEK GOLF COURSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.

WHEREAS, City Council desires to authorize the Parks and Recreation Board to establish various rates and
fees within certain ranges for the use of The Courses at Watters Creek Golf Course and its facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Allen, Texas, hereby adopts the amended range of fees and
charges for the use of The Courses at Watters Creek Golf Course and its facilities as follows:

SECTION 2. The Parks and Recreation Board is hereby authorized to establish, by motion, fees and
charges for the use of The Courses at Watters Creeks and its facilities, within the range for such fees and
charges set forth in Section 1 above. The Parks and Recreation Board is authorized to increase or decrease
such fees and charges at any time within the ranges set forth above.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately from and after its passage.
