Motion Pierson Sewed Chandler to adopt minutes as reed. Motion carried 4 For
0 against.
Several questions were asked of Gene Furlong and Gary Brows of Cram Life las,
concerning employee claims. After seem discussion, they were advised that an
actuary would be present at the east meeting, to advise the city regarding
their insurance needs and as to the best policies.
The track parking in residential areas was discussed again with Anthemy
Hancock presenting a copy of Plano's ordinance with proposed changes marked. S
This ordinance would prohibit trucks weighing ever 1 -ton from parking in a
residential area. Motion Pierson Second Tollatt to adopt this ordinance with i423c
the proposed cbanges. Motion carried 4 For 0 against.
Bob Acker presented to the council the mead for the different departments to
haveseparate frequencies and that he had applied for these fregaencleo.
When theme are received they —at be in use within 6 months. These changes
is our communication system would cost the city appsesimately $14,000. The
department Weds are to look at their budgets and see if they can come up
ritb enough money.
' Motion Farmer Second Pierson to prepare resolution to submit to County
Commissioner's Court asking that a certain portion of their revenue sharing
funds be designated for ambulance service. Motion carried 4 For 0 against.
Roger is to deliver the resolution to the Commissioner's Court on Monday,

After some discussion regarding the work being done by Paz and Jacobs in
Hillside 8, Roger Powell use advised to call them as& have all work stopped
until the final plat is signed.
Motion Pierson Second Chandler to pay the bills. Motion carried 4 For 0 against.
Motion Parser Second Chandler to edjoura. Motion carried 4 For 0 against.
