RESOLUTION NO. 2857-9-09(R)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR CERTAIN PARKS AND
RECREATION PROGRAMS AND FACILITIES; PROVIDING A REPEALING
CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish various fees within certain ranges for Parks and Recreation
adult athletic programs and establish fees for the rental of certain facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Allen, Texas, hereby establishes the following ranges of fees
and charges set forth herein for Parks and Recreation adult athletic programs and fees for the rental of certain
facilities:
Adult Athletic League Range
Adult Softball
$325-$430
Adult Basketball
S425-$520
Adult Volleyball
$230-$280
Adult Flag Football
S350-$430
Adult Ultimate Frisbee
$175-$265
Adult Kickball
$325-$415
Adult Soccer
$515-$575
Adult In Line Hockey
$325-$430
Facilities Fees
The Edge at Allen Station Park Visitor Center
The Edge at Allen Station Park Skate Park
$80/hr Resident Rate (min 2 hour)
$100/hr Non -Resident Rate
(min 2 hour)
$100 Refundable Deposit
Private Organizations
$250/$950/$1,800
(2hr/4hr/8hr)
Non Profit Organizations
$215/$815/$1,550
(2hr/4hr/81v)
$500 Refundable Deposit
SECTION 2. The Parks and Recreation Director is authorized by administrative order, a copy of which
shall be filed in the office of the City Secretary, to establish from time to time various fees based on market
conditions for programs conducted by the Parks and Recreation Department.
SECTION 3. All resolutions in conflict with the provisions hereof, be, and they= hereby, repealed.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage and it is accordingly so
resolved.
